Life..After Death

January 13, 2023 4:28 PM Cold and cloudy I was really hoping to have this book written and published by now. It's taking so much longer than I imagined. Between tending to my family and these daily migraine attacks, my writing time is slim to none! I'm really hoping this weekend will the beginning to getting back on track. Being a housewife and mother is very time consuming these days. It seems like my time is never mine to do what I want and need to do for me. I am just going to trust in the Lord and put forth the effort needed to get back to my writing whenever there's any free time. In the past, I would write at night once everyone went to bed. Sometimes I typed with a baby in my arms because I was just that determined to get it done. I need to find that drive and determination, again. This book is important to me because death has struck so many all over the world due to Covid19. Families experienced so much loss in the last 2 years. Loss of life, jobs, careers, businesses and education. The financial situation in many homes are stressful to say the least. People are on edge; they are robbing and killing more than ever before. Everytime you turn on the news you see school shootings, suicide, and homicide. Just senseless killing every day. Food prices are at an all time high, which leads to stealing and/or starvation. Gas prices keep jumping up and down like a kid on a trampoline. Toll roads went up yet again. Why we have to pay to drive on the roadways is beyond me. Life is getting harder and harder for adults and children. School work is enough to make you scream outloud. When I see the math they are learing now, it's like trying to understand a foreign language. The things they are being taught in sixth grade, we didn't get into until high school. The kids are stressed and overwhelmed with school, bullying, and peer pressures of being a size 2 to be considered beautiful. It's crazy, we have to continue to pray for over our kids. No matter how hard you fight to raise them up right, they get out into the world amongst their peers and all hell breaks loose! Stay prayed up folks!!

New Book~ Life..After Death

May 27, 2021 Thursday 9:17 a.m. Sunny and cool outside Good morning! It has been such a long time since I have been able to even think about getting back to my book writing. With the pandemic and the kids learning virtually from home, there is no time for it! Every moment is consumed with the kids and taking care of home; which is much harder when they are home most of the time. They eat more, make more messes to clean and want more of your time. Between taking care of home, the kids, the husband, personal time to write is little to none. Let's not forget, the daily migraine pain that stops you in your tracks! It makes even thinking about looking at a screen unbearable! I have opened the book and went over what I have already written. Looking for errors that I can fix and to see where I left off. Being that the kids will have a long weekend, I will definitely try to make some time to dive back in to my writing. Plus, we all could use a little distractiion from covid, masks, vaccines, and social distancing. I also have been thinking about changing the title and the cover for this book. Wishing everyone a safe and fun holdiay weekend. I can smell the grills and the food already! God bless! T.D.

Life... After Death

Good morning! I started working on something new. I don't know how long it's going to take for me to really get into it because the kids have schooling from home right now. I have been contemplating writing a book about life after death, focusing on the ones left to deal with the loss. Everyone has to deal with death and loss but they don't deal with it the same way. Some people die suddenly and some die after battling illness. People of different ages deal with the loss of a loved one in different ways. The one thing that is for sure, if you're rich or poor, white or black, male or female, young or old; the loss of a loved one hurts.

Church Folk

Good morning! Happy October everyone, wishing you the best that life can offer! I know I was considering making a second half to Church Folk but I changed my mind. I rearead the book over again and finished it yesterday. After reading it again, I realized that I pretty much said what needed to be said. The purpose of "CHURCH FOLK" is to bring our attention to how we treat one another and how we are to be better. It's about shedding light on getting ourselves in order and ready to be received by our Lord and savior Jesus Christ when he returns. In churches everywhere we have saints and church folk. Saints of God are there to get the word of God and to get a better understanding of what God requires of us. Church folk are there to be messy! Gossip, be nosey, be judgemental and sow discord amongst the saints. They come to the church for entertainment and cause drama. They are not really concerned about their souls or yours. Some people may not know where they stand with God. If you are one who doesn't know for sure, Church Folk is the book for you! Find out if you will be standing with the goats or the lambs come judgement day! Read Church Folk now! Purchase now at Luludotcom! Also check out my other books. Thanks and God bless! Sunny and Warm

I am happy to report that today was very progressive in the writing department. I managed to finish up a chapter without having to keep stopping for something. Really hoping to continue making lead way with my writing in Church Folk. I am hoping to get it done and ready to go about time the leaves begin to fall off the trees. All in God’s time but I will continue working on it as often as possible. I had a migraine free morning so that was excellent!!! Have a blessed weekend everyone!
